Wednesday, December 6th: Constant Ballast Day 1

CONSTANT BALLAST COMPETITION POSTPONED BY ONE DAY.

After an initial 2-hour delay to deal with issues with the bottom plates and camera equipment, competition for the day was cancelled in order to ensure proper documentation of performances.  All three constant ballast competition days have been postponed by one day; the third day of constant ballast competition will take place on the contingency day (December 9th).  Juliana looked forward to an extra day to recover from a head cold that had laid her out the previous day.
